Packages are usually shipped between 1-5 days after you place your ordered. We ship from head office DiamondRoad to ensure your satisfaction. We pass big savings on to you and bring you the newest items faster. Some products may be sold without retail packaging.

Wherever possible we always use a shipping method with a trackable service, you will be emailed the tracking number once the item has been dispatched and will be able to track the item on our page tracking 5-10 days after you have been informed of the tracking number.

UK

Shipping to/within the UK is charged at £2.89 standard. Estimated delivery times vary by item and shipping location, but will normally arrive within 10-20 days on average, some items may take up to 15-35 days.

World
Shipping to any other part of the world is $4.45. Estimated delivery times vary by item and shipping location, but will normally be between 10-25 days in the EU, some items can take up to 20-35 days. Deliveries to the United States are usually 15-25 days.

Cancellations

Once an item/order has been dispatched, we cannot reverse or refund your payment.

Exchange/ Refund
To make an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your exchange can be made within 30 days of your purchase. For health reasons, all our items are non-refundable.
